March 3, 2008 CMS Membership Meeting Minutes

 
Practice Tri
  1. Will be held on Sunday May 25th at Horn Point 9:00 am start
  2. Post event cook out will be held at Frank and Lois Narr's
 
Eagleman
  1. No plans at this time for a pasta dinner
  2. Post event part will be held at Sean and Sue Reincke's. Be there at ?:?? to be a host for all of our out of town guests
Running
  1. Track workouts are at 6:00 pm every Monday at CSD High School
  2. Several events will be posted on the CMS Website. We are planning to chose several events and train and travel as a team.
Swimming
  1. The Wednesday night group swims will continue at the Dorchester YMCA at 6:30
  2. Due to the overwhelming popularity Rebecca has added a Friday swim at 5:30
  3. Tentative date for the start of Open Water Swims is Friday April 25th.
 Cycling
  1. Weeknight group bike rides will change from the traditional Wednesday nights to Tuesdays and Thursdays.{ We will continue to swim on Wednesdays}
  2. Start date is Tuesday March 18th 5:30 Dorchester YMCA
  3. We will meet at 5:30 for the first month, then change to a 6:00 start
  4. The first 2 weeks of weeknight group rides will be "No-Drop Rides"
  5. Sunday rides will continue. Meet at the Dorchester YMCA at 1:00
 Tee Shirts
  1. Sue is ordering the CMS Tee Shirts this week. The cost is approximately 10 dollars. If you haven't placed an order don't worry. Sue is buying more and when they come in she will notify everyone.
  2. CMS Jersey order is on temporary hold. The company we had been doing business with wants a minimum order of 16 and we don't need that many. It looks like 9 or 10. We are looking into a different company that won't require a minimum order.
